TRON: Uprising (2012) TV Series Trailer

I can’t wait for the episode where someone resets the Environmental Grid Database and they are all sent back to 1982.

Martin Ansin’s TRON posters are going on sale Thursday. With luck, I’ll score a set.
To be honest, while I love a lot of the pieces Mondo puts out, I’m starting to become burned out on their whole model of tiny edition sizes that go on sale at a random time and sell out in minutes. Half an hour later, a sizable percentage of those are on ebay with a significant markup.

Master Control: Hello, Mr. Dillinger. Thanks for coming back early.
Dillinger: No problem Master C. If you see one consumer electronic show, you’ve seen them all.

True in 1982, true now.

From American Go E-Journal, on the go board featured briefly in TRON: Legacy.

“It definitely looks like an actual amateur game, with 103 moves, black to play,” writes Linden Chiu, who notes that it doesn’t match any pro games in his database. “White seems to have an overwhelming lead in territory, especially with black’s top left group having only one eye. There’s some aji in the bottom left, and I think black’s corner group there can live in gote, but the moyo potential on the right is too thin. The black stone on the edge of the top right corner seems to have been moved a line, as I’m guessing it was originally an atari.”
